The fifth annual Triathlon of Compassion was held today at the Esquimalt Rec Centre. The two courses were
Adult Race (500m swim » 19k bike » 5k run) and Youth Race (100m swim » 6.8k bike » 1.6k run). Here is a slideshow of the event:
