the quality of life for Tibetans in Tibet is another Runners of Compassion
undertaking. The RoC has sponsored a student who trained in traditional
Tibetan medicine at the Palyul Medical College. At the completion of
his studies, the student returned to his community to provide primary
care for all, regardless of their ability to pay. |
