ROC member Susan Peach invites all runners, as well as their friends and family, to join the Soul Sister Studio staff and students on Friday, March 2nd for a hugely fun evening in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Fit for Heart is an annual fundraiser for the Heart and Stroke Foundation and Susan is especially keen to be involved this year as Ken Pungenti, the runner who suffered a heart attack at the Cedar 12k, is a close family friend. Although this isn't a running event, Susan is hoping that members of ROC may want to come out for a little lighthearted cross training in support of Ken's recovery. Here are the basic details, more info is available atwww.soulsister.ca or by calling 754-7090.
